Friendly welcome & very accommodating to keep our luggage. Easy check out too. Great location for subway & traditional Kyoto architecture as well as modern. A member of our party left a piece of tech in their room by accident - the hotel rang within a few hours to alert us & could not have been more helpful in arranging tracked postage to forward it to our next hotel.

The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff when our daughter hit her head falling on the floor and they helped by providing a bag of ice to cool the bump on her head. The ease of checking in and checking. We liked the location of the hotel as well. The size of the room was okay although the corridor was a bit too narrow. The number of electrical sockets was good too.

The location was great - right by Shijo tube station (which is only 2 stops from Kyoto main railway station). Also only a 5 minute walk to the main high street with many department stores and restaurants to pick from. Many convenient stores close by too. The toiletries were plentyful and there were also items to pick from in the reception area should you have forgotten anything. I loved the night shirt too and also the little packed back left outside the door with new clean items when i requested a "no clean today" option.

Great location - very convenient. 1min walk from Shijo station, Kiyomizu-dera is approximately 30min walk, and Nishiki market is 15-20min. You also have 24hr Lawsons and 7-11 right outside the hotel. Body product samples were provided at the Hotel foyer. The room was spacious and clean - daily house keeping is available if needed.

Nice rooms, comfortable beds. Nice location, convenience store right downstairs. Train exit close by. Staff were nice. Price was good.

Location was literally next to exit of subway and only 10 minutes away from one of the busiest area in Kyoto. There's a Lawson next door to get anything you miss. Great amenities including great coffee. Lots of information on where to visit in hotel lobby. You can monitor breakfast line and coin laundry line from TV. Rooms are quite large and come with extra pillow.

Amazing rooms very spacious and comfy. So close to dewamachi and public transport. Staff were so kind with answering my silly questions about earthquake warnings given the current events, helped Me understand what to do if it happened. The toiletry services were very cool too. Would absolutely recommend staying here.

The hotel's location is great. Very close to the Shijo station. Room size, toilet, comfort and cleanliness are also good for a twin room. Amenities were decent. Next to convenience store and very close to Starbucks. Hotel looks new and recently renovated. The staff were also friendly and helpful.

Amazing hotel, the staff are incredible and location is fantastic! The staff are super helpful, has great facilities and also walking distance to some of the main attractions... Shijo station is a 1 minute walk and 2 stops to Kyoto station... it has local buses to go to many of the beautiful shrines, temples and local tourist attractions
